Conceived as a seamless extension of the home, the design embraces a lush green-on-green palette, using porches and terraces to blur the boundary between interior and exterior living. Tropical foliage is introduced with intention and restraint, anchored by a curated mix of native and non-native palms— including Sabal, Thatch, and Silvester palms that bring texture, movement, and a
relaxed elegance to the property.
