Designed to evoke the arid elegance of the Mediterranean, this Casa offers a refined private retreat for a Miami residence.
The outdoor landscape is thoughtfully composed around a generous pool, with curated gathering spaces that include a spa, a bespoke built-in fire feature, and a seamless connection to the hosting cabana. A restrained plant palette of sage-toned greenery enhances the Mediterranean character, anchored by sculptural olive trees as focal points.
Material selections introduce old-world warmth through the use of rough-faced stone wall cladding, while modern amenities—including a full-size pickleball court and a half-court basketball court to complete the experience.
